The event calendar is a place where you can organise/plan or even ask for something to be done. This gets the guild together so people get things done as organised as possible and hopefully myself or another admin can update the calendar so its easy to see whats coming soon.
Requirements
Don't plan something if you don't know how or what is required
If you don't have experience with it ask if someone could assist
Give clear information on what you are doing
Include a time
What time zone and the place
